After Team GB beat USA in their final round robin game today to end with a 5-4 record they now need either Norway to lose their final match to already-qualified Canada or Italy to lose their final match to unbeaten Switzerland. Both those games are on Thursday morning.

As for No. 2, that's still Italy with 26 total medals, nine of which are gold, five silver and 12 bronze. But, the good news for the United States is that even though they are still No. 3, they're getting closer to Italy. As of the end of the day on Wednesday, the U.S. had 24 total medals, with even gold, 11 silver and six bronze.
