One of the best downsloping wind events, aka "fog waterfalls" I've seen over East River Mountain this morning. Stunning. Wind is carrying moisture up one side the mountain, cooling and condensing the air, forming clouds. When the air moves over the other side, it compresses, warms and dries out- creating the "waterfall" effect. No fancy camera- I just pulled out the phone- this scene speaks for itself.
